SALES EXECUTIVE (FULL-TIME)

Your core responsibilities include but not limited to;

  • Attend to incoming email and phone enquiries ensuring that the response turnaround time is within the required standards
  • Conduct cold calls to targeted companies to prospect for new business
  • Understand customer requirements and present the appropriate products and support services to meet the clients’ requirements
  • Prepare proposal and manage clients’ negotiation to close the sales contracts
  • Maintain and develop a stronger relationship with existing customers through regular visits, telephone calls and emails
  • Liaise with the purchaser to check on the progress of projects for the specific clients
  • Manage clients’ enquiries and feedback on products and delivery timeline
  • Update and report on the sales visits, proposals daily as well as monthly sales reports for submission to the Sales Manager

Requirements;

  • Diploma or higher qualification with 2 years of experience in sales ideally with a proven track record
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient and result oriented to achieve sales target
  • Able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment; work independently as well as within a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and must be able to travel


CREATIVE DESIGNER (PART-TIME/FULL-TIME)

Your core responsibilities include but not limited to;

  • Designing of visual communications
  • Conceptualize designs that are impressive aesthetically and that meet our clients’ design requirements and objectives
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements;

  • A design-based diploma or higher
  • In-depth knowledge of paper printing industry, post-press finishing processes involving die-cutting, hot-stamping
  • Specializes (design and knowledge) in at least one of the following areas (please state in your resume):
    • Packaging (paper, PU, PVC, fabric, etc.)
    • Food packaging
    • Mooncake boxes/packaging
    • Pouches, carriers, bags
    • Calendars and planners
    • Gift boxes and wrappers
    • Festive products
    • Other paper products and packaging
  • Must possess good design speed/productivity and enjoys the pressure of deadlines
  • Well versed in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign software.
  • Creative thinker, excellent design sense, works well in a team as well as independently
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual, able to converse in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)


PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE (FULL-TIME)

Your core responsibilities include but not limited to;

  • Devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies
  • Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships
  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms
  • Reviews planned orders, creates requisitions for purchased items and manages the approval process.
  • Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to the supplier.
  • Tracks order acknowledgment, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports
  • Provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers.
  • Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
  • Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
  • Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports non-conformances.
  • Perform risk management regarding supply contracts and agreements
  • Leads finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
  • Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies.
  • Contributes to consolidation, reduction, and rationalization of the local supplier base.

Requirements;

  • Able to demonstrate the ability to solve somewhat more complex problems by analyzing variables
  • Apply appropriate solutions learned through experience and proficiency in understanding the job.
  • Must be able to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in client facing customer service.
  • Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at the level of detail required to resolve issues of moderate complexity.
  • Requires very good communication skills with the ability to state messages in a clear manner by using language that is easy for others to understand.
  • Effective supply base management and negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to proactively listen to others to understand issues and situations
